He took the time to explain the fundamentals in a way that never felt rushed or intimidating, with a constant emphasis on safety, awareness, and respect for what you’re handling.
What truly stood out was his patience. He welcomed every question, repeated information without hesitation, and made sure I understood not just the how, but the why. His hands-on demonstrations and use of simple acronyms to reinforce safety rules helped everything click in a way that felt empowering rather than overwhelming.
